Bestellablauf bei Motoren zur Lieferung:

Zur Erteilung Ihres Auftrags füllen Sie bitte zuerst unser Auftragsformular aus. Sie finden das Formular unter Downloads. Nach Eingang Ihrer Bestellung machen wir für Sie bei uns einen Austauschmotor fertig (hierzu aktuelle Lieferzeiten bitte anfragen). Gleichzeitig erhalten Sie von uns eine Auftragsbestätigung. Wir bitten um Überweisung des angegebenen Betrags auf das angegebene Bankkonto.

Nach Fertigstellung und erhaltener Zahlung versenden wir den Austauschmotor per Spedition. Zudem erhalten Sie von uns die Rechnung für Ihre Unterlagen und als Gewährleistungsnachweis. Die Transportzeit beträgt innerhalb von Deutschland 1-3 Werktage. Transportzeiten innerhalb der EU teilen wir Ihnen gerne auf Anfrage mit.

Sie können nach Lieferung des Austauschmotors die Anbauteile von Ihrem Motor auf den Austauschmotor umbauen. Das Altteil wird nicht direkt wieder von der Spedition mitgenommen. Wir liefern den Austauschmotor in einer Verpackungskiste. In dieser Kiste ist das Altteil auch wieder zu verpacken. Sobald Sie das Altteil fertig verpackt haben (bitte beachten Sie die mitgelieferten Einbau- und Einfahrhinweise), senden Sie uns eine E-Mail. Wir beauftragen dann die Spedition mit der Abholung. Besondere Wünsche bei der Abholung (Uhrzeit, Adresse) teilen Sie uns hier bitte auch direkt mit. Wir geben dies entsprechend an die Spedition weiter.

Alternativ können wir Ihnen auch anbieten, dass wir Ihren Motor überholen. In diesem Fall lassen wir Ihren Motor von der Spedition abholen, sobald Sie ihn ausgebaut und verpackt haben (Wichtig: Der Motor darf keinerlei Flüssigkeiten mehr beinhalten!). Nach Überholung bei uns erhalten Sie unsere Rechnung. Der Versand erfolgt umgehend nach Zahlungseingang.

Bestellablauf bei Fahrzeugreparatur:

Haben Sie uns den Auftrag zum Einbau eines Austauschmotors erteilt, erbitten wir die Anlieferung des Fahrzeugs rechtzeitig zum Termin. Anliefertermine außerhalb der regulären Öffnungszeit sind möglich - wir bitten aber um Terminabsprache. Bei Beauftragung mit Fahrzeugabholung werden wir Ihr Fahrzeug in der Woche vor dem Termin bei Ihnen abholen. Den genauen Abholtermin besprechen wir telefonisch mit Ihnen.

Nach Fertigstellung der Reparatur wird durch unseren Meister eine ausgiebige Probefahrt durchgeführt. Anschließend wird noch einmal alles kontrolliert. Alle Flüssigkeiten werden aufgefüllt. Sobald die Freigabe vom Meister vorliegt, erhalten Sie von uns eine Benachrichtigung, dass Ihr Fahrzeug abholbereit ist.

Bitte berücksichtigen Sie, dass die Bezahlung der Reparaturrechnung bei Fahrzeugübergabe abgeschlossen sein muss. Sie haben die Möglichkeit die Rechnung vor Ort mit EC-Karte oder in bar zu bezahlen oder Sie überweisen den Rechnungsbetrag vorab. Bitte bringen Sie hierfür ggf. einen Überweisungsbeleg der Bank (ein Onlinebeleg ist nicht ausreichend) mit.

Engine damage? Overhaul engine? That's how it works!

What does a replacement engine mean in the event of engine damage?

Do you have engine damage and are you advised to have an engine replaced? With us, you get a completely overhauled exchange engine, and we get your old engine back in exchange. If the old engine can be overhauled, we will overhaul the engine. Please take into account our surcharge for old engines that cannot be overhauled. This surcharge arises because in this case we have to get a "new" old engine again, which we can overhaul. If necessary, your old engine can still be overhauled after the engine damage, but the repair is associated with very high costs. Unfortunately, we cannot always tell you in advance whether your engine can be overhauled or not. We don't see the damage until we've disassembled the engine. For example, engines are not rebuildable if they are cracked or broken, or if the valves are torn off. As a rule, engines that "only" suffer from high oil consumption can be overhauled without any problems. Another good sign of overtaking ability is when the engine is still running.

Exchange engine with installation after engine damage

 In our workshop, we offer you the complete service for the repair of your vehicle after engine damage:

• Collection of your vehicle anywhere in Germany
• Installation of a completely overhauled exchange engine without add-on parts
• Inspection of the attachments (external visual inspection)

Once the repair is complete, your vehicle will be ready for collection. Our place has a good train connection and can be reached via Kassel or Fulda. Combine your pick-up with a visit to Northern Hesse. On request, we will also be happy to send you an information brochure about our region.

Why should you decide to have your engine repaired in our workshop?

We have over 20 years of experience in engine repairs. Overhauling engines is our daily business. Our colleagues specialize in installing replacement engines. Each replacement engine has its own special features that must be taken into account during overhaul and installation. We know from experience that complete engine replacements are rarely carried out in car workshops, which means that installation errors regularly occur. Therefore, in the event of engine damage, we recommend that you only have the engine replaced by an expert who specializes in this work. Even if the journey to us is a bit longer, your vehicle is in very good hands with us.

Exchange engine for shipment

We offer you a variety of engines from VW, Audi, Škoda and Seat as well as some engines from FORD, BMW and Mini for installation in your car workshop. Please note that every engine has its own peculiarities when it comes to installation. The installation may therefore only be carried out by qualified specialists. We recommend that the installation should only be carried out by experienced car mechanics. You will receive our motors in exchange. This means that we get your old, defective engine back - no matter what condition it is in. However, we have to charge a surcharge for old parts that cannot be overhauled. The engines are sold almost exclusively to car workshops. A sale to a private person is usually not possible.

Mini

The Mini has established itself in various models as a popular small car in Germany. Whether as a convertible, coupé or roadster: the Mini zips across German roads. Unfortunately, your driving pleasure is severely curtailed by engine damage - mainly due to problems with the timing chain. But we can fix your engine failure on the Mini. And if you don't want to let it get that far in the first place, we'll also change the timing chain: so that you can enjoy your Mini for many years to come.

Note on the overtaking capability of engines

Please note that we are dealing with engines in exchange. i.e. we will install an overhauled engine for you, and we will keep your old part in exchange. If your old engine cannot be overhauled, we have to charge a surcharge. This surcharge depends on the respective engine. The prices can be found with the respective engines. We would also be happy to make you an offer. We also list any additional costs here.

Engines are not rebuildable if they are cracked, broken, or the valves are ripped off. Engines that have been assembled from defective parts are also classified as not capable of being overhauled.

As a rule, engines that are still running but suffer from high oil consumption or where the compression is too low can still be overhauled.

We check your engine when we have removed it and inform you if it cannot be overhauled. When shipping engines, we create a report with pictures of the damage for engines that cannot be overhauled.

However, we can only make a 100% statement whether an engine can be overtaken or not once we have opened the engine. Only then will the damage become apparent.
