Is your vehicle with a 1.9 TD ABL or 1.9 D 1X AAZ engine experiencing coolant consumption or timing belt failure?
You will receive a fully reconditioned engine including installation in our master workshop. Upon request, we can also arrange nationwide vehicle pickup.
From Engine Damage to Like-New Condition
We completely disassemble all 1.9 TD ABL and 1.9 D 1X AAZ engines, clean them thoroughly, and inspect every component for wear and damage.
All worn or damaged components are systematically replaced with high-quality new parts.
Crank Drive & Engine Block
The crank drive is precisely measured and the bearing shells are renewed. Depending on the damage pattern, the cylinder bores are honed or bored to oversize. The reconditioned engine also receives brand-new pistons.
Cylinder Head & Valve Train
Finally, the engine is fitted with a new cylinder head.
All components and the entire valve train are professionally assembled and tested according to manufacturer specifications.
Requirement: Overhaulable Engine
Your 1.9 TD ABL or 1.9 D 1X AAZ engine must be suitable for reconditioning: The cylinder head and engine block must not have irreparable damage such as cracks or fractures. Furthermore, valves must not be snapped off, and the engine must not be assembled from defective parts.
If the delivered engine is not overhaulable, an additional surcharge for the extra effort will be calculated.

During engine installation, additional costs will arise for oil, oil filter, and minor hardware, as well as potential additional labor (e.g., damaged threads, engine mounts, axle work, replacement of defective auxiliary parts, etc.).
For many vehicles, refrigerant gas must also be discharged to complete the engine swap. We fully refill it upon completion, which may result in additional charges for missing refrigerant gas quantities.
